Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions (CCFS) is seeking safety conscious, Class A Linehaul Drivers. This role transfers freight to specified locations, hooks and unhooks trailers, and completes all required government and company paperwork. Drivers are home daily with weekends off, supporting a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL.
• At least 21 years of age.
• 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• No DUI’s or DWI’s in the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 traffic violations in the past 3 years.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or be willing to obtain.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment skills assessment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Hook up and haul trailers between locations as instructed by dispatch.
• Ensure shipping documentation is available for DOT inspection and accompanies shipment.
• Operate tractor-trailer for extended periods over long distances.

Skills

Valid Class A CDL

21 years of age

1 year commercial driving experience
