Job summary

Optimum Staffing , Inc is seeking a local CDL A driver in Mount Juliet, TN for a home-daily full-time role within a 200-mile radius of Nashville. You will operate a 26′ box truck with a manual transmission, loading and unloading doors at customer sites.

Requirements include being 23+ years old, having 24 months of verifiable commercial driving experience, and passing DOT physical, drug screen, and background checks. No DUIs/DWIs in 5 years and no more than 3 moving violations in 36 months.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• 24 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Must be 23 years of age or older.
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission.
• Ability to handle Touch Freight, tailgating and hand unloading.
• Must pass DOT Physical, Drug Screen, and Background Checks.
• No DUIs/DWIs within the last 5 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations within the last 36 months.

Responsibilities

• Local deliveries within a 200-mile radius of Nashville.
• Drive a 26′ Box Truck with manual transmission.
• Deliver doors to customers in the local delivery area.
• Touch Freight: tailgating and hand unloading doors.
