Job summary

Shared Medical Services is hiring a Class A CDL Driver to transport our mobile imaging trailer to healthcare facilities on a local route. You will set up the unit, ensure patient comfort, and maintain accurate logs and simple billing records at each stop.

The role emphasizes safety, scheduling reliability, and meaningful service, with training provided for patient escort duties and equipment handling. This is a full-time, locally based position in the Defiance region.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Familiar with DOT regulations and safety protocols.
• Ability to interact professionally with patients and medical staff.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport mobile imaging equipment to medical facilities along a dedicated route.
• Set up and tear down the mobile imaging trailer at each site.
• Escort patients from facilities to the mobile unit and provide comfort and safety.
• Complete time/activity reports and driver logs, and assist with simple billing forms.
