Job summary

Herman N Logistics is seeking a local CDL-A driver based in Montgomery, NY to run dedicated routes delivering warehouse goods to distribution centers and retailers throughout the Northeast, with daily home time. You’ll work preloaded freight with no-touch unloading, operate automatic day-cab tractors pulling 53-foot trailers, and stay at the account during time off, with on-site management.

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• Ability to operate automatic-transmission day-cab trucks
• Reliable transportation to reporting location
• Passengers and pets not permitted

Pay

• Average annualized earnings: $89,000–$95,000
• Sign-on bonus: $10,000 for a limited time
• Mileage pay: $0.69 per mile
• Daily rate: $70 per day
• Live stop pay: $25 per stop
• Trainee pay: $200 per day
• Safety training pay: $20 per hour

Schedule and Home Time

• Home daily
• Local and regional deliveries
• Routes cover Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania
• Minimal routes into New York City
• Paid online orientation
