Job summary

Titus Transport is looking for professional Class A CDL drivers to join our grocery team in O'Fallon, MO. This full-time, on-site role offers a home daily schedule, a 5-days-on/2-days-off pattern, and a strong benefits package after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, life, AD+D, SLT disability and 401k, plus PTO from day one.

The position pays an average weekly gross of $1,730 with an annual average of about $90,000 and includes a $3,500 sign-on bonus paid over 90 days.

Qualifications

• 24 months recent verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Refrigerated and Dry Van experience preferred.
• Acceptable MVR/PSP/ Clearinghouse/ Background.
• Commitment to safety, service, and job stability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center to stores.
• Unload with an electric pallet jack; 3–4 stops per load.
• Provide a positive, professional customer experience at each store.
• Comply with DOT regulations and safety rules.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and maintain equipment.

What You'll Do:

Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center in O'Fallon, MO to stores throughout the surrounding area

Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3 to 4 stops per load

Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store

Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines

Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your assigned equipment is properly maintained

What You Bring:
