Job summary

Titus Transport is seeking a Local Class A CDL Driver to join our grocery team in O'Fallon, MO, with home daily and a 5-days-on/2-days-off schedule. Average weekly pay is $1,730 with a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 90 days.

The role covers refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center to stores, with 3–4 stops per load and on-site work. We offer a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days, including medical, dental, vision, life, AD+D, SLT disability, 401k, and PTO from day one.

Qualifications

• Must have 24 months recent verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Refrigerated and Dry Van experience preferred.
• Acceptable MVR/PSP/Background.
• Home daily schedule with 5 days on, 2 days off.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center to stores.
• Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack; ~3–4 stops per load.
• Maintain excellent customer service with a positive, professional experience.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company safety rules.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and ensure equipment is well maintained.

What You'll Do:

Deliver refrigerated grocery freight from the distribution center in O'Fallon, MO to stores throughout the surrounding area

Perform product unloads with an electric pallet jack, averaging 3 to 4 stops per load

Maintain excellent customer service by providing a positive and professional experience at each store

Comply with all company safety regulations and Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines

Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure your assigned equipment is properly maintained

What You Bring:
