J Rose Enterprises in Virginia is seeking CDL A drivers for a home-daily, night-shift role hauling 100% refrigerated freight. You will work on a rotating 6-on/5-on schedule with 1–3 routes daily and 1–3 stops per trip, starting between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM.

The job offers a steady weekly income of about $1,200, a $2,500 sign-on bonus, and classroom plus ride-along training stipends to get you up to speed.

Qualifications

Steady Pay Structure:

• Reliable Weekly Income: Average $1,200/week based on a full schedule.
• $2500 SIGN ON BONUS
• Experience-Based Mileage Pay:
  • 3 – 11 Months: $0.45 CPM
  • 12 – 35 Months: $0.47 CPM
  • 36 – 59 Months: $0.50 CPM
  • 60 – 83 Months: $0.51 CPM
  • 84 – 119 Months: $0.52 CPM
  • 10+ Years: $0.54 CPM
• Paid Account Training: Get up to speed smoothly with 1 day of classroom training ($50 stipend) followed by 2–3 days of on-the-road ride-along training ($100/day).

Home Daily Schedule & Route Details:

• Home Daily: Sleep in your own bed after every shift (rare hotel overnights only in extreme anomalies).
• Night Shift Advantage: Shift start times run between 8:00 PM and 11:00 PM (including weekends). Benefit from less traffic and easier store docking.
• Predictable Pace: Expect 1 to 3 routes per day, averaging 1 to 3 stops per trip. Peak freight volumes run Wednesday through Saturday.
• Rotating Work Schedule: Keeps your schedule steady and standard:
  • Week 1: 6 days on, followed by a 34-hour restart.
  • Week 2: 5 days on, followed by 2 full days off.

Job Requirements:

• License: Valid Class A CDL.
• Experience: Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Work Ethic: Ability to work a strict night shift, including weekends, and adapt to the rotating 6-on/5-on schedule.
• Safety: Must meet all company and DOT safety standards.
• No-Touch Freight: Drivers transport 100% refrigerated freight with zero manual loading or unloading required.
