Job summary

JSMS TRANSPORT is seeking a reliable Full-time Class A CDL Driver for a year-round local role covering the five boroughs of New York City and New Jersey. You will be paid by the load and start early, with a consistent schedule and an emphasis on safety and customer service.

Responsibilities include delivering freight, lifting gate deliveries, and assisting with unloading using pallet jacks or electric jacks. CDL required with 2 years min experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 2 years experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Able to assist with unloading deliveries.
• Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver freight throughout the five boroughs of New York City and New Jersey.
• Also lift gate delivery. Sometimes curbs, sometimes in store. Mostly tailgate.
• Driver assists with unloading deliveries.
• Must know how to. Use a pallet jack / Electric Jack. to help unload trailers.
• Maintain a professional attitude and provide excellent customer service.
• Produce delivery.
