Chesapeake Plywood in Baltimore seeks a Local Class A & B Driver to deliver specialty wood products across the region. This full-time, in-person role features weekday routes, guaranteed weekly earnings, and a performance-based commission, with no nights or weekends.

A dependable, safety-driven professional will thrive here, with time-management, clear communication, and a proven safety record. CDL A or B, DOT Medical Card, and TWIC are required, along with clean driving history and willingness

Qualifications

• 2 years driving experience required; 1 year flatbed experience preferred with tarping experience.
• CDL Class A & B license – no exceptions.
• Valid DOT Medical Card.
• TWIC card (or applied).
• Impeccable driving record.
• Time management & adaptability.
• Clear communicator & team player.
• Safety-first mindset.

Responsabilités

• Operate Class A/B trucks delivering specialty wood products regionally.
• Ensure loads are tarped, secured, and documented with tickets/BOLs.
• Report issues to dispatch promptly for quick resolution.
• Make prudent fueling and PPE decisions with safety in mind.
