Job summary

POOLCORP—SCP Distributors in Medley, FL is seeking CDL drivers for local, home-every-night deliveries. Earn $23-$25 per hour with comprehensive benefits and potential annual bonuses. A guaranteed minimum of 40 hours per week is provided, with a safety-first culture and a driver-focused environment.

Responsibilities include safe loading/unloading, timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and DOT/FMCSR compliance. CDL is required; MVR/PSP must meet company standards.

Qualifications

• CDL required with clean MVR and PSP.
• 21+ years old and able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products on time using efficient routes.
• Load/unload, secure cargo and separate hazardous materials.
• Collect payments and document delivery.
• Maintain compliance with FMCSR and related regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance.
• Keep vehicle clean and well-maintained.
• Continue to increase knowledge and perform additional duties as needed.
