This is a full-time, locally focused role requiring a valid CDL and forklift certification, with physical work including lifting up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

Proven work experience as a truck driver.
State CDL License required.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
Must have previous forklift certification or experience.
No recent moving or driving violations.

Responsibilities

Transport materials and machinery between 5 local buildings.
Load and unload trucks by forklift or hoist.
Puts materials away in warehouse or manufacturing facility.
Maintains truck logs according to State and Federal regulations.
Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water.
Prepares receipts for loads picked up and delivered.
Transport materials to and from vendors.
Communicates with supervisors and other leaders to receive delivery and pick up instructions.
Local driving only.
