Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable, safety-minded CDL Driver to join our team in McComb, MS. You’ll hit the road delivering propane to homes, farms, and businesses, staying home every night with local routes.

Responsibilities include safe delivery, daily inspections, and assisting customers with questions about deliveries and propane safety. CDL Class A/B with endorsements preferred; ability to obtain quickly, and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• CDL Class A or B with HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements, or ability to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• US work authorization; citizen/national or lawful permanent resident; no visa sponsorship needed.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
