Job summary

The Dolomite Group, a CRH Company, is seeking a Concrete Mixer Truck Operator to deliver ready-mixed concrete around Greater Rochester and neighboring areas. You will operate mixer trucks, perform pre/post trip inspections, and maintain truck cleanliness to ensure proper vehicle condition.

Dependable, safety-conscious candidates with a valid CDL and ability to follow routes using GPS/read maps are encouraged to apply. Competitive pay and benefits are offered along with PTO and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Ability to read maps and follow delivery routes
• Effective radio communication with dispatch
• Ability to lift 50 lb chutes and climb ladders as needed
• Working knowledge of commercial trucks and related equipment

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate mixer trucks and report equipment issues promptly
• Maintain truck cleanliness and wash out the mixer between deliveries
• Perform pre and post-trip inspections per DOT guidelines
• Work independently and make sound safety decisions for customers and coworkers
• Display a professional and courteous attitude to coworkers and customers
• Adhere to company safety requirements and procedures

Summary

This position involves the operation of concrete mixer trucks to deliver ready mixed concrete. All deliveries are local to Greater Rochester and the surrounding areas.

Compensation And Benefits

• $25-$30 per hour (commensurate with experience)
