Job summary

SPI in Orange, CT is hiring a Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver / Warehouse to deliver and unload finished products and to assist in warehouse operations. You will safely operate a local CMV and build strong customer relationships while reading and writing English and using navigation software.

The shift typically starts between 5:30 am and 7:00 am. The role includes 20% warehouse duties and other tasks as assigned, and it is a safety-sensitive position.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver's license for company vehicle operation.
• Minimum 1 year verifiable commercial driving experience (10,001–26,000 lbs).
• Acceptable DMV record.
• Flexibility to perform warehouse duties as signed.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and local-deliver/ unload finished products to customer locations.
• Assist in warehouse receiving, storage and distribution as needed.
• Maintain excellent customer service and relationships with customers.
• Read, write, and understand English; use navigation software for routing.
• Shift starts typically between 5:30 am and 7:00 am; assist in warehouse about 20% of the time.
