Job summary

Batesville is seeking a Commercial Driver to operate a range of CMVs and deliver caskets to customer locations safely and efficiently. You will build and maintain customer relationships while ensuring compliance with DOT rules and company policies.

This role includes competitive benefits, 401K matching, and paid time off. Candidates must have 3+ years of driving experience, a Class D license, and the ability to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Must pass a vehicle road test.
• DOT physical current on file.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMVs ranging from straight trucks to tractor trailers.
• Deliver and unload caskets safely.
• Develop and nurture customer relationships.
• Meet CSC and customer demands.
• Oversee DOT regs, safety, vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Record hours of service and use ELD accurately.
