Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses, keeping families warm and safe. Local routes mean home every night, with comprehensive training and strong benefits.

Starting pay is $27.50 per hour, with 401(k) matching, ESOP, PTO and discounts. You will operate propane trucks, perform daily inspections, and support customers with questions while following DOT safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• CDL with HazMat and Tanker endorsements or ability to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Citizen or national of the United States or work authorization.
• Applicants must not require sponsorship for employment.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity every day.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
