Job summary

Central Transport in Gardena, CA is seeking home daily overnight linehaul drivers. You will depart from your home terminal, drive to another Central Transport facility, and return home.

The role emphasizes reliability and on-time service to strengthen partnerships and win new business. A HazMat/tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain within 90 days, 6 months tractor-trailer experience, clean driving record, and ability to pass a DOT drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience.
• HazMat and Tanker endorsement or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Acceptable motor vehicle record.
• No DUI’s within the last 5 years (No more than 1 in a lifetime).
• Ability to pass a DOT Drug Screen AND hair follicle test.

Responsibilities

• Operate home daily overnight linehaul trips from Gardena, CA.
• Deliver to Central Transport facilities and return home to your terminal.
• Maintain safe driving and on-time delivery to support customer satisfaction.
