Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages in Lubbock, TX is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to join our local routes team. You will deliver, merchandise, and rotate products, while maintaining loads and communicating with store staff.

This role requires a valid Class-A CDL, clean driving record, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the stamina to work early hours on a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. Starting pay is competitive, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL with interstate restrictions removed per FMCSA guidance.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Able to pass DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations.
• Able to complete a drivers road test or provide a valid DOT certificate.
• Ability to repetitively lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and walk/stand.
• Minimum 1 year of general work experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load.
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers.
• Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments.
• Pick up company property and secure company assets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
