Job summary

Nation's Best Holdings is seeking a CDL Driver to service Lambert Lumber Broken Bow and surrounding areas. You will deliver goods, maintain a customer‑focused approach, and ensure on‑time deliveries while upholding our values.

The role requires a clean driving record, valid CDL, and willingness to travel locally. Flexibility for overtime and lifting up to 100 lbs is anticipated in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Construction or building material experience is preferred, but not required
• 1+ year of forklift experience required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Clean driving record and valid CDL Class - driver’s license
• Willingness to travel locally
• Ability to lift up to climb up and down ladders, reach, bend, twist, kneel, lift up to 100 lbs with assistance, handle large odd‑shaped items, and stock items in overhead areas
• Requires frequent standing and walking
• Ability to work outside in varying temperatures and weather
• Results‑oriented with the ability to serve stores with humility and be a steward of Nation’s Best’s values
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while remaining adaptable and flexible
• Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to consistently provide superior customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver goods and materials to designated locations
• Maintain a customer-focused approach and uphold company values
• Manage time and schedules efficiently for on-time deliveries
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively
• Ensure a clean driving record and practice safe driving habits
• Travel locally as required for deliveries and pick-ups
• Utilize previous building material experience if available
• Lift and carry items 25-50lbs consistently
• Be flexible to work overtime when needed
• Additional duties as assigned
