Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center LLC in Cameron, TX is seeking a qualified Class A CDL driver to deliver bulk and bagged feed within a 200-mile radius. You will be the face of LNC, planning routes, maintaining logs, and ensuring safe, timely deliveries to farms and operations.

You will maintain professional relationships with customers, comply with safety and regulatory requirements, and operate trucks and trailers for loading and unloading.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of tractor/trailer operation experience.
• Current and valid Class A CDL.
• Ability to work weekends on a rotating/seasonal basis.
• Physically capable to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.
• Able to read and speak English.
• Clean driving record with no recent major violations.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver feed and collect payment as needed; act as the face of LNC to customers.
• Place deliveries at customer sites as directed, ensuring safety.
• Transport finished goods and raw materials between plants, stores, and centers.
• Maintain communication with supervisor for instructions and updates.
• Uphold a professional attitude with customers and coworkers.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Maintain driver logs and comply with regulations (work/rest, miles).
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules; adhere to company policies.
• Operate trucks in loading/unloading positions; report defects or incidents.
• Support with additional duties related to hydraulic systems and delivery setup.
