Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc. in Galva, IL is seeking a CDL Delivery Driver to safely transport and deliver fertilizer and crop inputs locally. You will drive company trucks, complete required records, and assist with loading and unloading as needed.

We offer full-time hours, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for overtime during peak seasons. A valid CDL, clean driving record, and DOT medical certification are required, with safety and teamwork at the forefront of this role.

Qualifications

• Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening.
• Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Driving experience preferred.
• Must have a driving record that meets company standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to designated sprayer or fertilizer orders, safely and accurately.
• Complete and maintain records as required by the company and government regulations.
• Pick up and deliver product to customers as needed.
• Load or assist in loading trailer with materials.
• Unload or assist in unloading trailer of bulk chemical and fertilizer at the facility, safely and efficiently by using forklift or hand truck.
• Keep abreast of the dangers and hazards of products and take proper precaution.
• Able to perform all responsibilities safely and efficiently.
• Clean and conduct proper maintenance on equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.
