Job summary

Consolidated Pipe & Supply is seeking a CDL Driver in Montgomery, AL to join our team. This full-time role requires a Class A CDL, at least 21 years old with a clean driving record, and 6 months to 1 year of DOT driving experience.

The driver will transport freight daily between locations, operate a manual transmission truck, and pass pre-employment screenings. We prioritize work-life balance and safe driving, with a focus on dependable service, competitive pay, and a supportive team

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and work procedures.
• Drive 24' straight truck and tractor-trailer to transport materials to and from specified destinations.
• Prepare receipts for the load and maintain truck logs according to regulations.
• Maintain radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions.
• Secure cargo using blocks and ropes; inspect equipment and supplies.
• Load/unload truck as needed and perform basic vehicle checks.
