Job summary

Alamance Foods Inc. in Graham, NC is seeking a full-time Driver to manage daily routes with a focus on safety and production. Responsibilities include handling deliveries, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and maintaining accurate BOLs and delivery receipts.

You will engage with customers face-to-face, representing the company in a courteous and professional manner. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of commercial driving experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience.
• Knowledge of DOT operating and recording procedures.

Responsibilities

• Obey all federal, state, and local rules and regulations of the road including all DOT operating and recording procedures.
• Conduct daily face to face interaction with customers, representing Alamance Foods in a friendly, competent, and professional manner.
• Perform pre and post trip vehicle inspections as well as collecting invoice receipts that are generated from the deliveries.
• Drivers will also transport materials and products to other job site locations as required while ensuring all documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), is accurate and complete.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of all transportation documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOL), delivery receipts, and shipping manifests.
