Irving Materials Incorporated (IMI) is seeking a dedicated Local Truck Driver with a Class B CDL to join our team in Hamilton, OH. You will safely deliver ready-mix concrete to residential and industrial sites, maintain vehicle cleanliness and fuel system compliance, and ensure on-time customer service with a focus on safety.

The ideal candidate has a clean driving record, strong communication skills, and a willingness to participate in safety training.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Class A or B CDL with Air brakes and a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Spanish-speaking or bilingual capabilities are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate ready-mix trucks safely and efficiently: Perform deliveries to residential and industrial locations.
• Maintain the vehicle’s mechanical condition and conduct routine inspections.
• Report major issues to a supervisor in a timely manner.
• Support a clean and safe working environment around the ready-mix plant.
• Provide reliable updates and timely deliveries as per customer expectations.
