Join Sapp Bros, Inc. as a Full Time Local CDL Fuel Driver in Junction City. You will safely load, transport, and deliver lubricants and fuels to our truck stops or customers, with home nights and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must have Class A CDL; Tanker and Hazmat endorsements, or willingness to obtain during training.

• Preference for Hazmat, Airbrakes, and Tanker endorsements upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver oil orders to truck stops or customers safely and on schedule.
• Deliver refined fuels and propane and manage oil warehouse operations.
• Perform pre-trip inspections of truck and trailer and complete required paperwork.
• Conduct pre-shift safety checks and maintain a clean cab and vehicle exterior.
• Unloading, staging, and securing product for delivery; operate hoses safely as needed.

Full Time Local CDL Fuel Driver in Junction City. Good starting pay which includes $400 monthly safety bonuses. Full Benefits and PTO. Must have Class A CDL along with Tanker and Hazmat or willing to obtain during training.

Requirements

As Driver, you will be responsible for the safe loading, transportation, and delivery of packaged lubricants, drums, and other merchandise to our truck stops or directly to a customer's place of business.

Job Responsibilities

• Delivering oil orders
• Delivering refined fuels and propane
• Managing oil warehouse
• Conducting pre-trip inspection of truck and trailer
• Performing warehouse duties
• Completing pre-shift safety and inspection form
• Fueling Truck Cleaning cab of truck
• Sticking tanks prior to, and after, delivery of fuel
• Remaining outside by the hoses while making delivery
• Completing daily log
• Turning in all relevant paperwork

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B required, Class A strongly preferred
• Hazmat, Airbrakes, and Tanker endorsement strongly preferred and would need to be obtained upon employment.
• Possess a current DOT health card
• An excellent driving and safety record
• Pass Criminal Background Check; including: Motor Vehicle Records, D.O.T., and Employment reference verification
• Must have a negative result on all drug & alcohol screening tests, pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, post-accident and random
• Previous experience in Oil and/or Fuel Transportation, preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Able to remain alert while driving for periods of time, up to, 11 hours
• Able to squat, crouch, and reach, as needed, to handle, secure and deliver our products
• Able to enter and exit the vehicle's cab numerous times each day
• Able to push freight weighing up to 1,000 lbs. on a dolly or cart and able to move product up to 80 lbs. with or without mechanical aid
• Able to handle any special equipment required in the delivery of our products
