Craft Massachusetts in Everett, MA is hiring an Under CDL Delivery Driver to operate box trucks and vans, delivering pre-sold products to customer accounts. This full-time, hourly, non-exempt role requires safety-focused driving and reliable daily performance.

Schedule is Monday through Friday with early start times (5:45 AM) and potential end times between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM depending on route. Starting pay is $24.00 per hour, with range up to $26.50 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Under CDL license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of CDL vehicle operation in city traffic.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 21+ years old to transport alcohol.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday starting at 5:45 AM.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicle safely and follow traffic laws.
• Deliver pre-sold products to customer accounts.
• Rotate stock and store in dry/refrigerated areas.
• Ensure pallets are secure for transport.
• Collect empty containers and returns as required.
• Load and return dunnage, pallets and load bars.
• Maintain courteous and professional conduct with customers and team.
• Complete the DVIR reporting maintenance needs.
