Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Milwaukee is seeking a Local CDL Delivery Driver to unload and deliver pre-sold products from our Distribution Center to accounts, operating on a 4-day work week with a 6:00 AM start.

You will interact with customers daily, maintain delivery records, collect payments, and ensure compliance with DOT and liquor laws while keeping a safe, clean truck. The role offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver’s license with CDL Class A or B.
• Minimum of 1 year of driving/delivery experience.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle and deliver assigned orders of wine, spirits, beer and other beverages to accounts in a safe and responsible manner while complying with federal mandated laws.
• Maintain good relations with retail customers and provide high levels of customer service.
• Collect payment from customers and reconcile loads with receipts and delivery invoices.
• Record sales by completing daily sales and delivery records and update DOT logs.
• Ensure compliance with liquor laws and DOT regulations; sign invoices when dropping off products.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle and conduct pre/post-trip inspections.

Manage the Customer Relationship* Maintain good relations with retail customers.
