Job description

- Chicago Beverage Systems

- Location: Chicago, IL

- M-F daytime schedule, home every night, no weekends

- We serve 8 Chicagoland counties

- Frequent driver appreciation events and activities

Position responsibilities:

1. The Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers, as well as performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle.

2. Operate a commercial motor vehicle safely and professionally, including conveyors and carts.

3. Securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as electric pallet jacks and/or hand trucks.

4. Pick up returned products, including payments and pallets, and complete delivery and pickup paperwork.

5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• At least 1 year of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent military driving experience with a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.

• Ability to lift products weighing from 25 to 50 pounds regularly and up to 170 pounds.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
