CJ Schwan's is hiring a local CDL Class B route driver to deliver products to grocery stores in the Richmond, VA area. You will unload, store in the back room, and collect proof of delivery while using handheld devices to record daily tasks.

Responsibilities include completing the daily route, building in-store relationships, and ensuring DOT compliance. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation and holidays, and a uniform/footwear

Qualifikationen

• Previous delivery, grocery, or warehouse experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Class B CDL with airbrake endorsement and ability to be 21+ years old.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds and move frozen product.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and DOT physical.

• Complete local daily route as planned to meet service expectations.
• Unload products and place in back room; collect proof of delivery.
• Use handheld technology to complete daily tasks.
• Build in-store relationships and work with coworkers in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain DOT rules and perform truck inspections.
