Ben E. Keith Company in Checotah, OK is seeking a dependable Class A CDL Delivery Driver. You will safely deliver food and beverage products to customers on assigned routes, load and verify orders, and maintain accurate delivery records while delivering professional service.

This role offers a $8,000 sign-on bonus and potential to earn $80,000–$100,000+ annually after your first year, with strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and building lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL in your state of residence.
• DOT certification/qualification required.
• At least 1 year of route driving experience.
• Food or beverage delivery driving experience within last 5 years for the sign-on bonus.
• Knowledge of DOT and Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Strong commitment to safe driving and procedures.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and time-management.
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions independently.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and learn company software.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company delivery truck along assigned routes.
• Deliver food and beverage products accurately and on schedule.
• Load, organize, and verify orders before delivery.
• Deliver products to designated storage locations per customer instructions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through dependable service.
• Handle products to prevent damage and ensure order accuracy.
• Review invoices and delivery documents to verify products and quantities.
• Collect and submit receipts and payments when required.
• Complete vehicle logs, cargo records, and billing documents.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns.
• Communicate delays or issues to the Transportation Supervisor.
• Follow routes, maps, and geographic directions.
• Manage time, equipment, and multiple deliveries efficiently.
• Follow all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Represent Ben E. Keith professionally with customers and the community.

Ben E. Keith is looking for dependable, safety-focused Class A CDL Delivery Drivers to join our team.

As a Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for safely delivering food and beverage products to customers along assigned routes while providing the reliable, professional service our customers count on.

What You’ll Do

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or mechanical concerns.
• Communicate route delays, delivery issues, accidents, or other concerns to the Transportation Supervisor.
• Follow assigned routes, maps, and geographic directions.
• Manage time, equipment, and multiple delivery responsibilities efficiently.
• Follow all company, DOT, traffic, food safety, and personal safety requirements.
• Maintain DOT compliance and stay informed of applicable regulatory changes.
• Represent Ben E. Keith professionally with customers and throughout the community.

What We're Looking For
