Job summary

Welders Supply & Gases is seeking a dependable CDL Class B Local Delivery Driver to deliver compressed gas cylinders to local customers in Louisville, KY. Expect loading, transporting, and unloading cylinders with strict safety adherence, completing required paperwork, and providing excellent customer service.

A HazMat endorsement is not required at application; we will assist with obtaining it after hire. Monday–Friday, local routes, day shift, with competitive benefits and a company-focused

Qualifications

• Valid Class B CDL is required.
• Clean commercial driving record with three+ years experience.
• HazMat endorsement or willingness to obtain shortly after hire.
• Punctuality and dependable attendance required.
• Commitment to safe driving and proper handling of cylinders.
• Ability to follow routes and procedures and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, deliver, and unload gas cylinders.
• Follow daily routes and delivery instructions from dispatch.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to DOT, OSHA, and company safety requirements.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately and at end of day.
• Provide professional and dependable customer service.
