Shelby Materials is seeking professional CDL Truck Drivers to join our team in Indiana. Training is provided; experience with ready-mix trucks helps, but is not required.

The role is local, with home every day and competitive hourly pay in the Central Indiana region. You will perform DOT inspections, manage deliveries, and maintain a clean, well‑maintained vehicle while interacting professionally with customers and dispatch.

Qualifications

• DOT pre/post trip inspections
• Review delivery tickets for each load
• Drive to job sites, unload, and return to yard
• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch
• Maintain a clean truck and equipment after each load

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough DOT pre and post trip inspections, including raising and lowering the hood.
• Review delivery tickets for every load to ensure accurate product and location.
• Drive to job sites, unload concrete, and return to the yard multiple times per day.
• Communicate professionally with customers and the ready-mix dispatch team.
• Maintain a clean truck, including washing out the drum after unloading each time.
