Lansing Building Products is hiring a driver/warehouse associate in the Roanoke, VA area. You will split time between delivering materials and supporting warehouse operations, using a moffett forklift and loading/unloading boxes.

The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and reliability as you represent Lansing at job sites and in the yard. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with home every night.

Qualifications

• CDL-B (or A) license is required.
• Minimum of one year driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Moffett forklift experience and forklift certification preferred (will train).
• DOT testing and physical requirements; pre-employment drug screen required.
• Willing to lift up to 80+ pounds; able to work in warehouse and delivery roles.
• Within 50 miles of Roanoke, VA or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Split time between deliveries and warehouse duties.
• Load/unload boxes; operate moffett forklift for deliveries.
• Provide outstanding customer service as the Lansing representative.
• Keep the warehouse clean and orderly; assist with cycle counts or inside sales if needed.
• Adhere to safety and DOT regulations; participate in relevant training.
