Job summary

Sysco is seeking delivery drivers in Florida to run daily routes, load and unload products, and ensure accurate deliveries. You will work with the Transportation Department Manager to operate a straight truck and meet safety standards.

The role requires 1 year of route delivery and a valid CDL-B, with English proficiency for communications and reporting. Responsibilities include verifying deliveries, handling shortages, obtaining customer signatures, and assisting with loading when needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• One year route delivery experience preferred.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License - Class B (Class A preferred).
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to interact with customers and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Runs routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times.
• Unload product from trailer, by hand or with a hand cart, into designated customer storage areas.
• Lift and move product up to 75 pounds, stack pallets, and maneuver loads.
