Job summary

Restaurant Technologies seeks a CDL-certified Delivery Service Driver to join our depot in Stockton, CA. You will operate a straight truck on local routes, load and unload cooking oil, and deliver with a focus on safety and customer service.

You will use mobile apps for routing, invoicing, and compliance; maintain equipment and follow DOT/OSHA/HACCP standards. Shift is Sat–Mon, 3 twelve-hour shifts starting at 2:00 A.M., with benefits and a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid CDL Class A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong safety mindset.
• Preferred: High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years CDL driving, bilingual, basic troubleshooting with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local routes delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens.
• Ensure safe, accurate deliveries and provide excellent customer service.
• Use company iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance.
• Maintain safe connections to tanks and monitor tank levels; uphold DOT/OSHA/HACCP standards.

Education

CDL Class A or B License with Tanker Endorsement

High School Diploma / GED

2+ years CDL driving

Bilingual (preferred)

Hand tools familiarity (preferred)
