You will operate a yard tractor on local routes with on-site training and support from a safety-focused team, handling 48'-53' trailers as required and ensuring safe, efficient yard operations.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 21 years old
• Pass Ryder drug test
• Pass Ryder background and MVR (3-year)
• Pass DOT physical
• Pass Ryder road test
• CDL with endorsements
• Class A tractor trailer experience
• Experience: 9 months in past 3 years OR 2 years in past 5 OR 5 years in past 10
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations and procedures

Aufgaben

• Ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
• Maintaining accurate records and logs
• Loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading freight as required by customer
• Performs other duties as assigned
