Wooster Motor Ways, Inc. is hiring a dependable Company Driver for regional freight lanes. Argos, IN-based with home time options and a straightforward per-load pay structure.

Load rates include Argos to Bolingbrook/Fort Wayne: $190 per load (up to 2 per day, Mon–Fri) and Argos to Fort Wayne: 3 loads per day at $130 per load (Mon–Fri). Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with 1 year of experience required.
• HazMat endorsement preferred but not required.
• TWIC card preferred but not required.
• Must pass and maintain DOT/FMCSA physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects or incidents promptly.
• Load, secure, and inspect cargo; follow hazmat or temperature-sensitive handling procedures as needed.
• Maintain accurate HOS logs and DOT/FMCSA documentation.
• Verify bills of lading and collect signatures/receipts; ensure paperwork is complete.

We offer steady miles, a team that looks out for you, and a clear pay structure that rewards safe, experienced drivers. Argos, IN-based! Drop Hook on the front end, live unload on the back. Runs to Bolingbrook Fort Wayne! Argos to Bowling Brook: $190 per load. up to 2 loads per day Monday - Friday Argos to Fort Wayne: 3 loads per day at $130/load Monday - Friday.

Equipment

What You’LL Do

• Operate Class A tractor-trailers to transport freight, general commodities, and specialized cargo.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report defects, accidents, or violations promptly.
• Load, secure, and inspect cargo; follow special handling procedures for hazmat or temperature-sensitive freight.
• Maintain accurate HOS logs and all required DOT/FMCSA documentation.
• Verify bills of lading, collect signatures/receipts, and ensure all paperwork is complete and correct.
• Plan routes and schedules to meet pickup and delivery windows.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance (fluids, minor repairs); keep trailer clean and ready.

Requirements
