Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Provide and pass Ryder drug test.
• Pass Ryder background and motor vehicle check for last 3 years.
• Pass a DOT physical and Ryder road test.
• Have a valid CDL and endorsements for the position.
• Class A verifiable experience in tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• 9 months to 5 years of experience within specified windows.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions and apply laws and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Detect and minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate logs and records.
• Load/unload freight or assist with loading/unloading as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
