Job summary

Ryder in Linthicum Heights, MD seeks a Class A CDL Truck Driver for local home-daily routes. You will operate safe, well-maintained trucks with 35–40 weekly hours, starting early morning shifts and a Monday–Saturday schedule.

Drivers earn weekly pay with medical, dental & vision benefits after 30 days, PTO from day 1, uniforms and boot allowances, and a 401(k) with company match. Training provided and opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle.
• Pass Ryder drug test, background, and motor vehicle checks.
• Must meet minimum age requirements (21+).
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, regulations, and company rules.
• Maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight as required by customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
