Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver for a local Douglasville, GA route. Drivers are paid weekly with a $1,100 guaranteed baseline and a $1,230 average weekly pay, plus additional pay for mileage and stops.

The position offers paid training, comprehensive health benefits after 30 days, PTO from day one, and a 401(k) plan with company match. Home daily with no weekends on a day cab tractor, equipment includes manual pallet jack and lift gate.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Must hold a Class A CDL with endorsements.
• 9 months of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years or 2 years in the last 5 years or 5 years in the last 10 years.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate logs and records.
• Load/unload freight as required by customer.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
