Job summary

Carvana is hiring immediately for a CDL A Local Driver. You will be responsible for moving cars between production facilities and delivery hubs, ensuring safe and timely delivery to customers. You’re home every day and eligible for bonuses and additional pay opportunities based on performance.

The role requires a valid CDL with Medical Card, being at least 21, and English proficiency. Prior tractor trailer experience (6 months in last 3 years or equivalent military) is preferred.

Qualifications

• CDL A license with Medical Card required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• 6 months of tractor trailer experience in last 3 years or equivalent military experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain courteous and professional behavior & appearance.
• Load and secure vehicles on to a 5 or 9 car hauler.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain driver log.
• Transport vehicles between Carvana locations.
• Must adhere to the delivery schedule.
• Maintain a clean driving record and Class A CDL.
• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of our customer cars.
• Communicate with transportation team.
