Job summary

C.R. England is hiring CDL-A drivers for a day cab local fleet delivering freight to Target stores across Southern California with occasional trips to Las Vegas, NV. You will work on set lanes, with 10–12 hour days and a home-daily schedule, driving automatic equipment on a six-day work week.

Required are a valid Class A CDL, 21+ years old, and 3 months of recent Class A experience. Benefits include weekly pay, medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, life and AD+D, PTO, 401(k) and bonus incentives.

• 3 months of recent Class A CDL experience.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver freight to Target stores on dedicated lanes in Southern CA and occasional Las Vegas, NV.
• Handle preloaded freight with multi-stop loads and offload using pallet jack and lift gate.
• Maintain on-time delivery while complying with safety and company policies.

Be home daily on a dedicated account for C.R. England. Hiring CDL Drivers for a day cab local fleet delivering freight to Target stores.

Valid CDL-A plus 3+ months of Class A CDL experience required

This lane is not suitable for students, recent graduates, or trainees.

This is an excellent position for those looking for great pay and home time

Drivers will have freight responsibilies on some trailer sizes: preloaded freight with multi-stop driver monitored offload. Off load limited to 28 ft Trailers with manual pallet jack and lift gate.

Drivers average 1,400 miles a week on set lanes

Delivery Locations: various locations throughout Southern CA and occasional loads to Las Vegas, NV

Schedule: Home Daily

Start times are between 1400 and 1700. Shifts are 6 days a week, including weekends

Drivers typically work 10-12 hours per day

Compensation: Ring pay

Bonus Incentives

Equipment: Drivers must have reliable transportation to commute to the yard daily

All trucks are automatic transmissions, new equipment

Driver Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL

21 Years of age or older

3 months of or more of recent Class A CDL experience
