Job summary

Marathon Petroleum is hiring a local (home daily) transport driver in Cadiz, Ohio. You will safely deliver petroleum products from loading locations to delivery points, following MPC policies and DOT regulations.

This role requires a Class A CDL with HazMat and Tank Vehicle endorsements, plus the ability to work extended 12-hour shifts. Candidates must meet driving record standards, complete the FMCSA Clearinghouse requirements, and obtain any needed credentials.

Qualifications

• Active Class A CDL license.
• Maintain a satisfactory driving record and consent to review.
• Must register with FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse and consent to review.
• Must be able to obtain TWIC card.
• Able to work up to 12-hour shifts.
• Must pass required drug and alcohol screenings.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip inspection per MPC policy/ DOT regs.
• Drive tanker/tractor-trailer to transport product safely and efficiently.
• Follow all applicable laws and MPC procedures for loading/offloading.
• Complete post-trip inspection and required paperwork.
• Report equipment issues promptly and communicate safety concerns.
• Adhere to safety rules and DOT regulations.
