Job summary

CrossCountry Freight Solutions is seeking a CDL A Route Delivery Driver for a Monday–Friday schedule in Rapid City, SD. This role involves delivering freight to customer locations and terminals, inspecting vehicles, and handling shipments with attention to DOT documentation and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of commercial driving experience, a valid Class A CDL, and endorsements or willingness to obtain Hazmat and Tanker endorsements.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements or willingness to obtain them.
• Must be 21 years of age and meet driving record requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Deliver and pick up freight to customer locations and terminals per dispatch.
• Ensure all shipping documents are ready for DOT inspection.
• Load/unload freight manually or with equipment and secure it for transport.
