JROSE LOGISTICS is hiring local Class A CDL drivers for auto-dispatched intermodal freight. Routes run from Stockton to the Bay Area and Fresno/Shafter markets with daily home time and 11–12 hour day shifts.

Earn gross weekly pay between $1,400 and $2,000+ on an incentive-based model. Full-Time, W2 with full benefits. Residence within 25 miles of Stockton, CA required.

Looking for consistent high-volume freight, top-tier weekly gross pay, and daily home time? We are hiring local Class A CDL drivers to handle auto-dispatched intermodal freight running out of Stockton to the Bay Area and Fresno/Shafter markets.

Compensation & Pay

• Gross Earnings:$1,400 – $2,000+ per week (Incentive-based model)
• Volume:Average 2 to 4 loads per day
• Type:Full-Time, W2 position with complete benefits package

Schedule & Operations

• Daily Home Time:Get home every single day
• Shift Duration:Average 11 to 12-hour shifts
• Hours:Day Shift(Flexible start times based on customer appointment schedules)
• Schedule Options:
  • Sunday – Thursday
  • Tuesday – Saturday
• Equipment:Slip seat operational structure

Route & Freight Profile

• Haul Distance:1 to 160-mile average length of haul
• Key Destinations:Regional pickups and deliveries across the Bay Area and Fresno/Shafter corridors
• Dispatch:Seamless auto-dispatch setup
• Zero Physical Labor:100% No-Touch Freight/ No driver assist required (Preloaded drops, live loads, and live unloads)

Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)
• Experience:Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A driving experience within the past 12 months
• Location:Must reside within25 miles of Stockton, CA
