Job summary

Herman N Logistics seeks a local CDL-A Reefer driver to haul dedicated refrigerated freight with a home-daily schedule. Expect two runs per day across a local territory including Arcadia, Port Charlotte, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Englewood, and North Port.

Average weekly pay is about $1,350 with an average annualized pay around $67,600 and additional pay structures such as $0.43-$0.51 CPM, $30 short-load pay, and a driver performance bonus. Night shifts and rotating schedules apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• First Seat / Experienced drivers and trainees accepted.
• Clean driving record.
• DOT Medical Card.
• No SAP Drivers.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated refrigerated freight.
• Approximately 2,200 miles per week.
• 2 runs per day.
• Live unload.
• Local delivery territory covering Arcadia, Port Charlotte, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Englewood, and North Port.
• Slip-seat operation.
• Drivers work according to customer shipping schedules.
