Job summary

Thedrivingdesk is seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers for a local refrigerated delivery route based in Lynchburg, VA. This position offers daily home time, a steady schedule, Sundays off, and a $3,000 sign-on bonus.

You will deliver refrigerated freight to retail locations using automatic day cab equipment, with an average of 1,500 miles per week and a 68 MPH governed speed. Expect DOT compliance, multi-stop deliveries, and pro customer service.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL and have verifiable experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Class A driving experience and DOT medical card.
• Reefer or dry van experience preferred; safe driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver refrigerated products to retail store locations.
• Complete 5–15 stops per day and perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections.
• Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer and assist with unloading as needed.
• Maintain DOT compliance and accurate logs; provide professional customer service.
