Job summary

Nippon Sanso MATHESON in Freeport, TX is seeking a CDL A Truck Driver to haul cylinders of oxygen, nitrogen, argon, hydrogen and carbon dioxide to hospitals, processors and government agencies. The role is local with home daily and year-round work.

Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $29.00 per hour with benefits, safety bonuses and retirement options. Must pass DOT tests and background checks.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A license and current DOT medical card.
• Hazmat Endorsement required; candidates without Hazmat considered if endorsement obtained within 60 days.
• No more than 1 traffic violation in last 2 years, no at-fault accidents in last 2 years, no DUI/DWI in last 5 years.
• 2+ years of CDL Class A experience or 1.5 years with certification from an accredited driving school.
• Ability to pass DOT physical, DOT drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Haul cylinders of compressed gases such as Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen and Carbon Dioxide.
• Deliver primarily to hospitals, commercial food processors, and various government agencies.
• Position is mainly local with home daily.
• Work is consistent year round with no down periods.
