Job summary

TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver for a local Alsip, IL role. You will haul intermodal containers with weekday work and daily home time. Earn about $350 per day with detention pay and consistent weekly pay.

Must meet DOT/FMCSA requirements and have 2+ years of CDL driving experience, including intermodal exposure. Compensation includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid time off and a referral program.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A license.
• 2+ years CDL driving experience.
• At least 6 months intermodal driving experience.
• Clean MVR with no major violations or preventable accidents in 3 years.
• Meet DOT/FMCSA requirements.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL A vehicle delivering and picking up intermodal containers.
• Handle drop and hook work and communicate with dispatch and customers.
• Transport containers safely, on time, and without preventable incidents.
