Job summary

Herman N Logistics in Stockton, CA is hiring a CDL-A Local Flatbed Driver to haul dedicated freight throughout the Bay Area. Earn an average of $1,650 per week, with a Monday–Friday schedule and home daily.

The role uses day cabs on 48' and 53' flatbeds, with start times from 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM and typically 12–14 hour shifts. You’ll strap loads; customers handle tarping and obtain a DOT Medical Card.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience.
• Flatbed experience preferred.
• Ability to properly strap and secure loads.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• Clean driving record.
• No SAP drivers.

Responsibilities

• Haul dedicated local flatbed freight.
• Routes from Stockton to San Francisco, San Jose, Oakland and surrounding areas.
• Haul 48' and 53' flatbeds.
• Driver responsible for strapping loads.
• Customers handle tarping.
• Day cab operation.
• Typical shifts 12–14 hours, Monday–Friday, home daily.
